David A. Sinclair, PhD, AO is a Professor in the Department of Genetics at Harvard Medical School and co-Director of the Paul F. Glenn Center for Biology of Aging Research. He is known for his research on genes and small molecules that delay aging, including sirtuins, NAD+ precursors, and epigenetic reprogramming. He is the author of the New York Times bestseller 'Lifespan: Why We Age—and Why We Don't Have To.'
